Appointment Cancellation Policy

By scheduling an appointment with us, you agree to the following cancellation policy:

If you wish to cancel your appointment, you must do so at least 24 hours in advance. Any cancellations made within less than 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will incur a $100 cancellation fee.

⁠Our hourly service rate is $110.

⁠Please be advised that, in accordance with our billing policy, all service requests are subject to a minimum charge of one full hour. Service time is not prorated, and the full hourly rate applies regardless of the actual time required to resolve the issue.
